and Solicitor. I am the personal Attorney to Engr Edward Smith, a foreigner, who used to work with shell Development Company in Accra-Ghana . On The 21st of April 2004 , my client, his wife and their three children were involved in a car accident along Ecowas Express Road . All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost their lives.

Since i have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for years, now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased since you are still a foreigner, I agreed that 30% of this money will be for you as a respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 60% would be for me.
